Here's a just-released list of events coming up in August at the Vintage! Come and see what makes it Northeastern Pennsylvania's favorite artspace!

Calendar of event at the Vintage in August

7th - Concert: Afflictions, Conquest PA, Skin Walker & more. Doors at 5:30 pm / Music at 6:00 pm. Tickets $10

8th - Allegro Summer Music Showcase: Crock Pot Abduction, Big Awesome, Lions, Hodera, Eye on Attraction (acoustic) and Roek (acoustic). Doors at 7pm / Music at 7:30 pm. Tickets $10 (one night) or $15 (both nights).

9th - Allegro Summer Music Showcase: Family Animals, Give Us Your Bones, Cody Searl (acoustic) and more! Doors at 7pm / Music at 7:30 pm. Tickets $10 (one night) or $15 (both nights).

10th - Concert: Lilac Daze, Those Clever Foxes and Karate Camp. Doors at 6pm / Music at 7pm. Tickets $5 - $7 (sliding scale)

13th - Art Opening: Marc Ciocca, linocut prints. Opening reception for this exhibit will be held from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Free & open to all (complimentary refreshments, donations encouraged).

16th - Concert: Sleeping Patterns, Esta Coda and Sean Walsh. Doors at 7pm / Music at 8pm. Tickets $10

21st - NEPAWC (Northeastern PA Writers Collective) poetry open microphone: This resident literary group of The Vintage hosts this Third Thursday open microphone. Sign ups at 8:00 pm / Open Mic at 8:30 pm. Free & open to all (donations encouraged).

22nd - Concert: Katie Kelly + MORE TBA. Doors at 7pm  / Music at 8pm. Tickets $10

23rd - the lamp post . chapter one: velveteen (an evening of movement, music and art). Doors at 7:30 pm / Performances at 8:30 pm. This event is presented thanks to a dynamic partnership with the lamp post . chapter one. Tickets $10

29th - Scavenger Hunt: The Vintage is proud to be a partnering venue for the University of Scranton Community Relations department downtown scavenger hunt. 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm.

30th - Comedy Show: A hilarious showcase of regional based stand up comedy, improv and sketch - hosted by Unorganized Business. Doors at 7pm / Show at 8pm. Tickets $10

THE VINTAGE GOODBYE PARTY: The Vintage will be closing its doors for the last time at the end of August. On Saturday, August 30, it will be hosting a goodbye party, starting at 6:00. Free and open to all. Donations are welcome.
